Hobart HL200 Legacy 20-quart planetary mixer from the closure of a commercial gluten-free bakery in Austin, TX, now stored indoors at our SQF-certified bakery plant in Georgetown.

The Legacy HL200 is the newer generation of the A200 with the VFD shift-on-the-fly drive. Bowl included; the attachment inventory and serial number are being finalized, ask and we will send them.

Sold as-is. Inspection welcome and encouraged before purchase.
